Smoking......the slow killer...i was once a chain smoker...puffing 35 to 40 on a normal day.......but 1 day i witnesed the death of my own friend that changed my story...he had blood cancer.he never smoked or drank.i went to see him in hospital.i saw some dreadfull sights and i sweared that life is precious to me...
so all my friends who r rading this....please give it a try,u don,t need medicines.just follow a few steps and u,ll see that ur smoking rate has reduced.
1.NEVER KEEP A LIGHTER OR A MATCHSTICK WITH U.
2.NEVER BUY A FULL BOX OF CIGGY
3.DON,T REACH FOR UR SMOKE WHEN U GET DEPRESSED...INSTEAD FIND SOME OTHER WAY..LIKE LISTENING TO MUSIC,OR CRYING OUT LOUD,OR GO IN A ROOM AND SCREAM AT THE TOP OF UR VOICE..THAT THROWS OUT THE ANGER.
4.NOTHING IS ADDICTIVE...ITS ALL IN OUR HEAD.CHALLENGE URSELF EVERYDAY THAT U,LL SMOKE NOT MORE THAN 4 OR 5 AND THEN GRADUALLY REDUCE.
5.FOR MY YOUNG FRIENDS...SMOKING IS NOT A FASHION.IT DOSN,T MAKE U A MAN...IT JUST SLOWLY KILLS U AND WHEN U REALIZE IT ..ITS ALREADY LATE.
6.SMOKING FOR WOMEN IS BAD TOAS IT AMY INJURE THE FOETUS AND INCREASE THE CHANCES OF BREATS CANCER.
7.NEVER ASK FOR A SMOKE FROM ANY1.IF U DON,T AHVE A CIG DON,T SMOKE.
8.TRY TO TAKE NON SMOKING ROOM IN HOTELS
9.THERE R 1000 OTHER WAYS BUT WHATS THE USE UNTILL AND UNLESS U DON,T WANT TO
LOVE YOUR LIFE.GOD HAS GIVEN U 1 SHOT.DON,T PUFF IT AWAY.EVERYBODY MUST DIE.BUT AT THE END OF TIME IT DOESN,T AMTTER WHO UR.ALL THAT MATTERS IS WHAT U DID TO UR LIFE THAT GOD HAS GIVEN U.
